Are your products organic?
Big YES. We guarantee you that all ingredients used are officially certified as organic by the Soil Association in the UK.
I am hypoallergenic, have eczema, or have other skin disorders, can I use your products?
All ingredients used in our products are organic and natural, hence making it kind to the skin. Keep in mind that our products are not for medicinal use to treat any skin disorder. A patch test is always recommended especially for those with sensitive skin. If skin irritation occurs, immediately discontinue using it and check with your doctor.
I'm pregnant, can I use your products?
For HBF & Co Multi-purpose Balm — absolutely, mama! It’s friendly to you and your tummy. But for the HBF & Co. Muscle Balm, the gracious amount of essential oils used may not be recommended during the first trimester of your pregnancy where your sense of smell is at high-level.
Does HBF & Co test on animals?
No way, hosay. We're just as friendly to you as we are to animals and the environment. You may check the leaping bunny logo on the product packaging to prove it.
Are you Leaping Bunny approved?
Yes! We believe that beauty products should be cruelty free. We are proud to be Leaping Bunny approved.
A global programme, Leaping Bunny requires cruelty-free standards over and above legal requirements. That simply means: All of our cosmetic and personal care products are approved under the Cruelty Free International Leaping Bunny programme, the internationally recognisable gold standard for cruelty-free products.
We adhere to a fixed cut-off date policy and proactively monitor our suppliers to ensure that our products continue to adhere to the Leaping Bunny criteria. Our supplier monitoring system is also independently audited.

Our products are certified vegetarian. We want to be skin-friendly and planet-friendly as well by using clean, and natural ingredients only.

What is HBF Multipurpose Balm made of?
All of our products are made from natural, cruelty-free, and vegetarian ingredients that are packed with skin-loving benefits. Meet the main heroes: shea butter, beeswax, calendula, sunflower oil, and coconut oil.
But since we're HBFFs now, here’s a full list of ingredients:

This then leads to blackheads, congestion, skin dullness, enlarged pores, and breakouts. HBF Multipurpose Balm helps moisturise and hydrate the skin before any of these even happen.
How long is the shelf life of your products?
HBF Multipurpose Balm has a 9-month shelf life once opened. Don’t forget to keep it in a cool, dry place, and out of direct sunlight for best storage. If you have a cosmetic fridge (fancy pants!), then that’s more like it babe!

A tired muscle deserves proper care, so we only used kind and loving ingredients.

Will it really soothe my muscles?
Absolutely! Our HBF Muscle Balm calms your tired muscles and is packed with an organic blend of the most soothing ingredients.
Sweet Almond Oil is rich in antioxidants and it’s also anti-inflammatory like Beeswax. Juniper, Ginger Root, Marjoram, and Sesame Seed Oils are also known for reducing muscle pains for their warming effects. Rosemary is also kind to your muscles for its ability to ease pain and inflammation. Eucalyptus has a cooling effect on muscles and reduces pain and inflammation.
With all these ingredients—muscle pain, who? We don’t know her.

How long is the estimated arrival of my order/s?
ETA depends on your location, bestie.
If you’re from the UK,
- Royal Mail: 2-3 days
- DPD: 1-2 days
If you’re from the US,
- DHL Globalmail: 5-10 days
- Royal Mail: 5-10 days
You may find your delivery details provided with the confirmation email sent to you.
A friendly reminder though, this doesn't account for delays from the courier which isn't within our control.
How can I track my order?
We've got you! Upon completing your order process, you'll receive a confirmation email along with the tracking link.
Once your order has been processed and dispatched from our warehouse, you’ll also receive a shipping confirmation email.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Gentle reminder: Once your order has been processed, we cannot cancel or make any changes. But you may check our Refund Policy here.
Can I return my product?
Yes, BUT to be eligible for product returns, product/s must be unused and in the same condition that you received it - well-packed in its original packaging.

Billing & Payment
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards. P.S. To overseas BFFs — make sure to check that your overseas usage feature is activated to avoid checkout errors.
Which currency should I use?
Thought you’d never ask, BFF. We only currently accept GBP.
Kindly select GBP to proceed with your purchase. Once your bank pulls the funds, they will account for the current exchange rate. Happy shopping!
Will I be charged for International Bank Fees?
For additional charges or fees, it’s safer to get in touch with your credit card provider first. They may or may not charge additional fees for international transactions.
Can I change my billing information?
Unfortunately, we cannot make any changes to your billing address once your orders have been processed. No worries though, as long as your shipping address is correct, you’ll surely receive your order.
I didn’t receive a confirmation email. Did I successfully place my order?
